IPPE (International Production & Processing Expo) covers the poultry, egg, meat and animal food industries, with processing equipment, feed technology and plant services. Attendees are producers, processors and plant managers.

What drives the cost at IPPE 2027

  • Processing equipment is heavy and can need special handling and rigging. Plan crate weights and move-in times carefully.
  • Running equipment demos may need higher-amp power, water or compressed air. Each is a separate order.
  • Atlanta's Georgia World Congress Center is a right-to-work venue, so labor costs less than at union venues.

Dates and travel

  • Discount deadlines. The exhibitor-kit dates are listed above. Ordering labor, electrical and freight after the discount deadline usually costs 20–50% more.
  • Hotel nights. 3 exhibit days plus a day each for move-in and move-out is about 5 nights per person. The estimate budgets $1,500–$3,000 per traveler.
  • Also in Atlanta around the same dates: Winter Atlanta Market (Jan 12–17, 2027), Georgia RV & Camper Show (Jan 21–24, 2027), February Atlanta Apparel (Feb 2–5, 2027), Ultimate RV Show Atlanta (Feb 4–7, 2027). Book hotels early when large events overlap.
