Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with backlit graphic wall and information counter
About this design

Why choose PX-412

Three blue panels split the back wall, with a screen set into the middle, so the wall works like a dashboard of company information. A lit information counter on the left handles questions, a round meeting table with four chairs sits on a wood-look floor, and nothing else clutters the space. It is a sensible booth for companies that explain a lot, and want each topic to have its own panel.

How the space works

The three panels on the wall let a visitor read from left to right, and the screen set into the middle panel holds their attention with a video. The lit information counter at the left corner is where they ask questions. In front of the right-hand panel, the round table with four white chairs sits on the wood-look floor, ready for a seated meeting. The open front means staff can step out and meet visitors at the edge of the aisle.

Best for

  • Industrial groups with several divisions that each need a short description
  • Exhibitors who want a text-friendly wall with a built-in screen
  • Teams that rely on a single info counter and a single meeting table
  • Companies who want a clean, light layout

What stands out

  • Three-panel backlit wall: topics are separated into clear sections that are easy to scan.
  • Built-in screen in the centre panel: video sits in the middle of the wall, so it is the focal point.
  • Information counter with a lit front: it signals where to go for questions and glows against the wood floor.

Make it yours

  • Give each panel a division or product line, with a short heading
  • Use the screen for a short company history film
  • Choose a meeting-table size that fits the number of people you host

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-412 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
