Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with floating shelves and two counters
About this design

Why choose PX-434

Soft blue walls make this a calm, friendly booth for consumer products, and a fully loaded floor makes it practical. Floating shelves with lit lettering hold products, a TV is built into the left return, and two navy counters edged in blue light mark where staff stand. A garment rack, a navy storage cabinet, a white shelf stand and a wood-look table with four cube stools round out the layout on warm wood-look flooring.

How the space works

Visitors can walk up to either navy counter, one at each side of the booth, where staff greet them under a glow of blue light. The two shelf groups on the wall hold products at eye level, and the lit lettering above them sorts the range. The garment rack at the right displays hung items, and the white shelf stand on the left shows smaller ones. The wood-look table with four cube stools sits in the middle for sampling and chats.

Best for

  • Pet, home and lifestyle brands that mix shelf products with soft goods
  • Exhibitors who show both bagged goods and hung items, such as totes or apparel
  • Direct-to-consumer brands that want a friendly, easy-to-approach look
  • Teams who need two service points and a closed cabinet for stock

What stands out

  • Two navy counters with edge lighting: two staffed points of contact and a bright navy contrast against pale walls
  • Wood-look flooring with a matching table and cube stools: gives the booth a warm, natural feel
  • Garment rack and shelf stand: add a retail display style without a custom build

Make it yours

  • Change the lit lettering over the shelves to your own category names
  • Fill the garment rack with your own bags, apparel or accessories
  • Use the navy cabinet as a hidden stock store and put a tablet on the counter top

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-434 is 1,350 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
