Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with lounge seating and tall logo tower
About this design

Why choose PX-660

Two white tufted sofas facing each other across a small coffee table turn most of this booth into a living-room style lounge. A deep blue printed back wall frames that seating, while a tall white tower at the right end holds a large screen and a second cafe group of four swan chairs. A credenza set up as a coffee station sits between the two zones. The design suits investors, advisory firms and service businesses that win deals through long, relaxed conversations.

How the space works

A printed reception podium near the front greets visitors, with a laptop and a stool for lead entry. Behind it, the two sofas and round coffee table form the main lounge against the blue wall, with a 55-inch screen above for video. The white credenza against the wall serves coffee on top and hides supplies below. At the right end, the tall tower carries a 65-inch screen over a second seating group of four swivel chairs, and a door in the tower's dark side panel leads inside it.

Best for

  • Investment, finance and advisory firms meeting prospects by appointment
  • Regional trade groups or agencies hosting partners for coffee and talks
  • Service companies with little physical product to show

What stands out

  • Tall white tower with a 65-inch screen: it is the main marker from the aisle and gives the booth a second, separate meeting spot.
  • Coffee credenza with closed doors: drinks are served on top while cups and supplies stay out of sight below.
  • Row of arm spotlights along the top of the back wall: they light the full graphic evenly from end to end.

Make it yours

  • Replace the printed message on the back wall with your own headline and visuals.
  • Swap one sofa for a demo table if you want to show product.
  • Use the panel under the tower screen for your own call to action.

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-660 is 1,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-660

Can we serve coffee in the booth?

The credenza is set up as a coffee station. Whether you can brew on site depends on the show's food and beverage rules and your electrical order.

Is the tower a storage room?

The tower's side panel has a door, so it can hold bags and supplies. Interior size depends on the final build, so ask us for details.
