Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with full-color backlit wall and meeting table
About this design

Why choose PX-435

Magenta fades into red across a twenty-foot backlit wall, and the whole booth glows like a screen. A black panel in the center holds a big TV with a closed cabinet below, an eight-foot table with eight black chairs is set for a proper meeting, and a lit podium with your logo stands at the right. It is the pick for exhibitors who want an unmissable wall and a real meeting table, rather than a lot of display pieces.

How the space works

The glowing wall pulls visitors toward the booth from far down the aisle, and the TV on the black center panel delivers the pitch in a few seconds. A lit podium with the logo stands at the right edge, where one staff member greets arrivals from a bar stool. The long table of about eight feet fills the left and middle of the floor so a group can sit together. The closed cabinet under the TV keeps equipment out of sight.

Best for

  • Service and media companies that sell through meetings, not product on shelves
  • Exhibitors who want to seat eight at a long table for pitches or briefings
  • Brands with bold, colorful artwork that suits a lit fabric wall
  • Teams that need a closed cabinet under the TV for equipment or stock

What stands out

  • Backlit fabric wall in two large panels: a single color field that glows evenly and looks the same from every angle
  • Long eight-foot table with eight black chairs: a real meeting spot that most inline booths lack
  • Lit podium counter with a logo: a clear greeting point that matches the wall's glow

Make it yours

  • Reprint the two lit panels with your own artwork or photographs
  • Use the black center panel for a different TV size or turn it into a printed message panel
  • Swap the long table for two round tables if you prefer more informal seating

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-435 is 1,050 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-435

Do the lit panels need power?

Yes, backlit fabric walls run on electricity. Order enough power for the wall, TV and podium with your show.

Can the long table seat more than eight?

It is sized for eight chairs. You could squeeze in a few more, but it would feel tight and leave less room to walk.
