Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with printed back wall and display pedestals
About this design

Why choose PX-468

A raised wood-look floor and four white pedestals give this booth the feel of a small gallery, which makes it a good home for physical products. Two of the pedestals have glass tops for small or delicate items, and the others hold larger pieces. The long white printed back wall steps at an angle on one side, a detail that breaks the line and adds a corner for a brochure rack. A wall-mounted TV runs your product video above it all.

How the space works

The raised floor draws visitors in, and the pedestals stand in a loose row in front of the white wall so people can walk around them and see items from all sides. Glass-topped ones sit at the front for items that need protecting. To the right, a brochure rack takes printed material, and a white side table gives staff a place for a laptop or order forms. The 55-inch screen above the pedestals plays a loop for visitors who stand back.

Best for

  • Manufacturers who need to show real equipment or samples up close
  • Exhibitors with delicate small items that belong under glass
  • Companies who prefer a calm, light and uncluttered look
  • Teams who want visitors to browse on their own first and talk later

What stands out

  • Four white display pedestals, two with glass tops: show products at different heights and keep small items protected
  • Raised wood-look floor: sets the booth apart from the hall carpet and gives it a finished, gallery look
  • Angled step in the long back wall: adds a corner for the brochure rack and breaks up the flat wall

Make it yours

  • Use the glass-top pedestals for your smaller products and the solid ones for larger samples
  • Add a graphic wrap to the pedestal fronts using your logo
  • Replace the side table with a counter if you want staff to stand and talk

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-468 is 1,450 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
