Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with large portrait graphics and two meeting tables
About this design

Why choose PX-452

Three tall lit fabric panels carry the booth. Two glow red with large portraits and the one between them is dark and calm with a short quotation, so the wall reads like a gallery triptych. Low curved returns with the logo wrap the sides, a black curved counter stands in the middle at an angle, and two round white tables with swivel chairs sit on each side. It is a simple, strong way to put a face and a message on a stand.

How the space works

The red panels glow from the aisle, and the dark center panel holds the message. The angled black counter sits in front of the center panel, where staff greet visitors from a bar stool. On each side, a round white table with swivel chairs forms a conversation area, so two groups can sit at once and still see the counter. Low curved returns with the logo close the sides and make a soft edge to the space.

Best for

  • Personality-led brands, such as entertainment, publishing, fitness or licensing, that build on strong images
  • Exhibitors who want big, lit graphics and little else
  • Teams who like to seat guests at two separate tables while one person staffs the counter
  • Brands that want drama without a long equipment list

What stands out

  • Three lit fabric panels about eight feet tall: bright, even light that makes large images look rich
  • Angled curved counter in black with a logo: a strong shape in the middle of the floor that leads the eye
  • Seven white swivel chairs: easy to turn between two tables and the counter

Make it yours

  • Reprint the lit panels with your own portraits, products or campaign images
  • Change the low returns to show a product range instead of the logo
  • Add a small TV on the dark panel for a looping clip

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-452 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
