Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with lit shelf unit and tv wall
About this design

Why choose PX-459

Blue and white make the clean, professional base here, and a lit open shelf unit on the left gives your range a spotlight of its own. A TV hangs on the wall to the right, a logo counter closes the end, and a low white cabinet with doors stores stock. Two round tables with six chairs sit in the middle, and a multi-tier brochure stand holds literature. It balances display, discussion and storage well in one tidy layout.

How the space works

The lit shelf unit on the left shows your products against a bright background and catches the eye from the aisle. Visitors head to the logo counter at the right end, where staff greet them, with the TV above running a video. In between, two round tables with three chairs each form the meeting area. The multi-tier brochure stand stands near the counter, and the low white cabinet with doors keeps stock out of sight.

Best for

  • Health, safety and consumer-goods makers who sell a range of small items
  • Exhibitors who want a lit shelf unit for hero products
  • Teams who need a place to store stock and brochures behind a door
  • Companies with a blue-and-white identity

What stands out

  • Lit white shelf unit with five shelves: a self-contained product display that glows against the printed wall
  • Blue return wall about four feet wide: adds a strong color block and a surface for a map or a headline
  • Low white cabinet with doors: storage at counter height that doubles as a surface for a display

Make it yours

  • Dress each shelf with a different product family
  • Use the blue return for a global map or a certification list
  • Put a tablet on the counter and use the cabinet for sample packs

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-459 is 1,350 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
