Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with led-lined arch frames and lounge area
About this design

Why choose PX-306

Curved arches lined with LED strips turn a plain inline footprint into a gateway. Each arch carries dimensional logo letters across its top and stands on full-height photo columns, so the booth reads clearly from either direction along the aisle. Under the frame, a graphic counter greets visitors at the front, and a white sofa lounge with a TV on a stand fills the back. Blue carpet and a planter soften the space. It suits brands that sell an experience and want a real sense of arrival.

How the space works

The lit arch and its raised letters are visible long before the counter is. Photo columns at the front corners frame the entrance and show destinations or products at full height. Visitors step in to the counter, where two chairs behind it let staff sit or stand. Beyond, the sofa and armchair around a low coffee table form a relaxed lounge, with the TV on its stand angled toward the seats. The back wall carries a large graphic and the planter at the side.

Best for

  • Travel, hospitality and destination marketers who sell an experience
  • Exhibitors who want a tall, lit sign overhead without hanging one from the ceiling
  • Teams that need a counter and a seated lounge in one compact footprint
  • Brands with strong photography for the tall side columns

What stands out

  • Two LED-lined arches give the booth a bright, curved outline that stands out among square boxes
  • Full-height photo columns on the arch legs turn the corners into tall billboards
  • The sofa lounge with a TV gives hosted visitors a place to sit and watch while staff talk

Make it yours

  • Replace the column photos with images of your products, locations or people
  • Turn the lounge into a demo zone by swapping the sofa for a table and screen
  • Ask about a different LED color to match your brand

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-306 is 2,200 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-306

Does the arch hang from the ceiling?

It is built as a floor-standing frame rather than a hanging sign. Even so, check your show's height and overhead-structure rules before you order.

Can the LED strips match my brand color?

The color depends on the strips supplied. Tell us what you need before you book and we will confirm what is possible.
