Design render of a 10×40 inline trade show booth: inline booth with curved canopy and two lounge areas
About this design

Why choose PX-652

Under a white canopy that curves like a wave along the full length of this 10x40 inline booth, the roofline rises and falls to mark each zone. Under it, a navy raised platform with LED lines runs from end to end, with a lounge at each end and a presenter counter in the middle. A navy back wall and a wood-slat panel frame the centre. It suits an organisation that wants a talk-and-meet booth with a clear stage for presentations.

How the space works

The canopy leads the eye along the booth from the aisle. At each end, sofas and armchairs with a side table form a lounge, one for guests and one for partners. In the centre, a presenter counter stands in front of the navy back wall, where a speaker can address passers-by. Two tall double-sided lightbox panels stand either side of the counter and show data, maps or photographs. The navy platform with LED lines marks the path and lifts the whole booth off the floor.

Best for

  • Healthcare, finance or professional-services firms that run short presentations
  • Exhibitors who want two separate lounges for different audiences
  • Teams that need a long inline footprint to feel premium
  • Companies with maps, data or story panels on tall lit displays

What stands out

  • A curved white canopy lowers the apparent height of a long inline booth and gives it a single, flowing shape
  • Two tall double-sided lightboxes show information from both sides, so one panel serves both aisles' directions
  • A raised navy platform with LED lines makes a defined stage and a clear path

Make it yours

  • Print the two lightbox panels with your own figures or maps
  • Switch the wood-slat panel to a printed graphic or a brand color
  • Reduce one lounge to a standing meeting area if you want more open floor

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-652 is 4,700 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-652

Does the canopy need hanging from the ceiling?

It is shown as a built structure over the booth, so it is not rigged from the ceiling. Check your show's height limit for inline booths.

Is the platform required by the venue?

It is part of the design. Some shows set platform height or ramp rules, so check yours.
