Design render of a 10×40 inline trade show booth: inline booth with glass meeting cabin and long hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-522

Meetings get a door in this 40 ft inline booth. A glass-door cabin about 10 x 10 ft sits in the middle, with a large purple graphic wall behind it and a big white hanging sign across the top. Glass-top counters at each end show product, a long counter marks the front, and a tower with a TV stands at the left. A cafe table and a high round table fill the open floor. It is made for private conversations in a public setting.

How the space works

The big hanging sign and purple wall catch visitors from far away. At the front, a long reception counter greets them. A glass-door meeting cabin in the middle gives staff a private room, with the glass letting passers-by see activity without hearing it. Glass-top counters at each end let visitors look at product, and the tower with a TV on the left plays video. A round cafe table with four chairs and a high round table sit on the wood-look floor.

Best for

  • Companies that hold confidential or contract meetings at the show
  • Exhibitors with samples that suit glass-top counters at the ends
  • Brands with a strong purple or dark color palette who want a graphic wall to match
  • Teams who want a quiet room, an open lounge and a reception in one long booth

What stands out

  • A glass-door meeting cabin of about 10 x 10 ft gives private space without blocking the view of the booth
  • A 25 ft hanging sign above the booth reads from across the hall
  • Glass-top counters at both ends keep samples visible and protected

Make it yours

  • Change the purple graphic wall to your own colors and photography
  • Furnish the meeting cabin with a table and chairs for four to six people
  • Use the left tower TV for a product film

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-522 is 3,250 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-522

Will the hanging sign need rigging at my show?

Usually yes. Hanging signs are rigged from the ceiling and limits on size and height vary by show and venue, so check the exhibitor manual.

Does the cabin have a ceiling and air conditioning?

It is a glass-door cabin. Some shows have rules about enclosed rooms and fire safety, so ask us to check your venue.
