Design render of a 10×40 inline trade show booth: inline booth with long cubby shelf walls and sales counter
About this design

Why choose PX-523

Shelves are the structure here. Two white cubby walls, one with 9 cubes and one with 18, frame a black centre wall with a TV and logo, and a long sales counter of about 18 ft fills the right side. Black pedestal boxes at the left and a bistro table in the middle add height variety. It is a booth built for consumer products that can be lined up, grouped and picked out.

How the space works

Visitors can see the white cube walls from afar and start browsing the shelves. The black centre wall with a TV and logo is the focal point, with a short video playing. On the right, the long sales counter faces the aisle with a graphic panel, so staff can write orders and scan badges across its length. A round bistro table with four stools stands in the middle, and a small round table at the left end sits beside black pedestal boxes.

Best for

  • Consumer electronics, accessories and small gadget brands that sell many items in one category
  • Exhibitors who need a long counter to write orders and handle buyers
  • Brands that want a dark, high-contrast look with white shelf walls
  • Teams that have a large product catalog and need a wall that can hold dozens of items

What stands out

  • Cubby shelf walls give each product its own pocket and look neat even with many items
  • An 18 ft sales counter lets several staff members handle orders side by side
  • A black centre wall with a TV and logo adds a strong contrast and a clear focal point

Make it yours

  • Fill the cubes with different product lines, or leave some empty for a clean look
  • Replace the backlit end graphic and headset panel with your own product message
  • Use the black pedestal boxes for hero products at different heights

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-523 is 2,650 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
