Why choose PX-550
Two levels in purple, and a glowing set of curved arches that read like a gate to a boutique. A lounge sits up on the deck behind a metal railing, away from the crowd, while product counters with lit ledges flank the entrance below. The tall header sign at the top gives you a landmark visible from a long way off. It is a showpiece for exhibitors who sell by appointment and want to host important guests above the floor.
How the space works
Visitors approach under the lit arches and meet a display counter on each side, where small items sit on illuminated ledges at eye level. Behind the entry, a backlit graphic wall under the deck acts as a visual anchor and a quiet backdrop for a stool and a quick chat. A stair or access point leads up to the lounge, where two chairs and a table are set behind the railing, so guests can sit above the aisle and look down on the hall.
Best for
- Premium consumer brands that host key accounts or buyers in a private lounge
- Eyewear, accessories or small-goods makers who show items on lit counters
- Exhibitors who need strong visibility across a crowded hall
- Companies that treat the show as a hospitality event as much as a sales floor
What stands out
- Upper deck with railing: it doubles the usable space and gives hosted guests a private vantage point
- Curved illuminated arches with LED edging: they frame the booth and make the purple glow from every direction
- Backlit graphic wall under the deck: it gives the entry a bright focal point without using a stand-alone sign
Make it yours
- Retheme the purple finishes to your brand color while keeping the glowing arches
- Use the deck for appointment-only meetings and add a small host table at the stair
- Fit the counter ledges with your own product presentation, such as racks or trays

What "all-in" covers
From the first drawing to the last crate leaving the hall, it's one fixed price.
Not includedMaterial handling (drayage) and electrical, billed by the show at actual cost. Booths with a hanging sign also need the show's rigging labor. We order all of it for you.
What PX-550 costs in Las Vegas
The price is built from what's in this booth. Pick your show city: labor and freight rates differ between convention cities, so the price changes with it.
Paid to the show, estimated
How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-550 is 5,100 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

About PX-550
Does a second level need special approval?
Often yes. Many shows require engineering drawings and a permit for any double-deck booth, and rules differ by venue. Ask us early so the paperwork can be prepared in time.
How many people can the upper deck hold?
The deck is laid out as a small lounge, not a party space. Capacity limits are set by the show and by the engineering sign-off, so confirm numbers before planning a large gathering.
