Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with tall storage tower and overhead blue beam
About this design

Why choose PX-579

Blue beams across the entrance, and behind them stands a white tower with a lit sign box crowning it, a TV on the face and a plain door cut into it. That door is the quiet feature: the tower hides a storage room. Four counters carrying logos spread around the floor, and three round white tables with twelve molded chairs fill the middle. It is a practical, sociable island for exhibitors who talk with many people at once.

How the space works

Visitors come in under the blue overhead beam, which has a graphic side panel that explains the company. The tower stands just beyond, with the screen showing a product loop, and the lit sign box on top is visible from far away. Staff work from the four counters, one near each edge, so any approach meets a person. Three round white tables with four chairs each sit in the open middle. The door in the tower leads to the storage room, so bags stay out of sight.

Best for

  • Industrial and manufacturing exhibitors with groups of visitors to seat
  • Teams that need a storage room in the tower for gear and brochures
  • Companies with a strong blue brand color
  • Exhibitors who prefer many small counters over one large reception desk

What stands out

  • Tall white tower with a lit sign box: it gives the booth height and a bright, clear name above the crowd
  • Storage room behind a door in the tower: personal items and stock stay out of the booth
  • Blue overhead beam with a graphic side panel: it frames the entrance and brings your brand color into the air

Make it yours

  • Swap the blue beam for your own color and update the side panel text
  • Add a second screen to the tower's other face
  • Turn one counter into a product demo station

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-579 is 4,100 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-579

Is the storage room big enough for a person?

It is a walk-in closet-sized room with a door, intended for stock, bags and equipment. It is not a meeting room.

Will the beam need hanging from the ceiling?

The beam is shown as part of the booth structure. Whether it needs overhead support depends on its final design and the venue, so we confirm that with you.
