Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with four portal arches and raised display plinth
About this design

Why choose PX-669

Four portal arches, two red and two black, turn in a pinwheel around a center post, so every side of this island has an open, lit doorway. There are no back walls, which keeps sightlines clear across the floor. It is built for products that sell on looks from every angle, such as motorcycles, vehicles or large equipment, with a raised white plinth in the middle for the model you most want people to see.

How the space works

From any aisle, visitors walk straight under an arch, drawn in by its lit ceiling and the backlit logo panel on its leg. Products stand on the open floor between the arches, one per bay, with the raised white plinth at the center for the main display. A red reception counter with a logo face sits at the front edge, and a low red storage counter with a stool tucks inside one arch for staff. The carpet is split into red and black zones to match each arch.

Best for

  • Motorcycle and powersports brands showing several bikes
  • Vehicle and e-mobility makers with a hero model to launch
  • Equipment manufacturers whose products need walk-around space
  • Exhibitors who want visitors arriving from all four aisles

What stands out

  • Portal arches with LED lines along their ceilings, which light the products below without extra fixtures
  • A raised white plinth at the center, lifting the main product above the rest
  • Red and black carpet zones that match the arch colors and mark each display bay

Make it yours

  • Use one bay as a seated meeting spot with a small table and chairs
  • Put a screen on the center post facing the busiest aisle
  • Change the arch colors to your own pair of brand colors

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-669 is 5,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-669

How heavy a product can the plinth hold?

It is sized for a display piece such as a motorcycle. For heavier items, share the weight and footprint and we will confirm before the show.

Is there any storage?

A low red storage counter inside one arch holds brochures and small items. There is no closed closet, so larger stock should be kept off the stand.

Can this work on a peninsula?

It can, but the design is meant to be open on all four sides. On a peninsula, one or two arches would face a back wall.
