Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with two-level glass enclosure
About this design

Why choose PX-584

This one looks like a glass box stacked on a glass box. Eight clear panels set in black frames with white LED edging wrap two stories, and the glow outlines the structure like a display case. The ground floor is an open lounge with reclining seats, while a closed upper level carries a second logo on the glass, and a round logo sign marks the front. It is a statement structure for a product that people sit in or try.

How the space works

Visitors see the white LED outline first, then the round logo on the front of the glass. They enter the ground floor, where black reclining seats are laid out on gray tile floor and two small light chairs wait for conversation. Everything is visible through the glass, so people outside can watch others try the product. The closed upper level sits above with its own logo on the glass and is used for meetings or space for staff.

Best for

  • Aviation, automotive and seating brands that want visitors to try the product
  • Exhibitors who need a second level for private meetings or storage
  • Companies that want a modern, glass-fronted look under a bright outline
  • Teams that show a single large product on a clean, bare floor

What stands out

  • Two-level glass enclosure: the booth feels like a building, and its height shows from across the hall
  • White LED frame edging on eight glass panels: the outline makes the box glow
  • Open ground-floor lounge: visitors sit in the product and feel it, not just look at it

Make it yours

  • Replace the seats with your own product, since the reclining chairs are an example
  • Use the upper level as a private meeting space, with a small table and screen
  • Change the logo on the round sign and the glass

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-584 is 5,000 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-584

Are the reclining seats included?

No. They represent the exhibitor's own product. The structure, glass panels, lighting and small chairs are part of the booth.

Does a two-level structure need approval?

Usually yes. Shows often require engineering drawings and a permit for double-deck structures, and there may be height limits. We plan that with you early.
