How the space works
Visitors see the tall backlit tower from far down the aisle. Moving closer, they pass the glass-top counters, each with an LED underglow, where staff present products and visitors lean in for a look. The side walls hold floating shelves for larger items or packaging. At one side, two cream armchairs and a black coffee table give guests a place to sit down, and plants in planters soften the edges of the raised light wood floor.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-577 is 4,700 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. How tall is the tower, and will it be allowed?
It is about sixteen feet. Many halls allow that in an island, but height limits vary by show and by location on the floor, so we check your rules.
Does the raised floor need a ramp?
