About this design
Why choose PX-596
A tiled LED video wall, roughly the size of a garage door, sits at the heart of this booth and does most of the talking. Around it, a tall white feature wall with a lit logo, a green graphic panel and meeting tables create a business-like setting. Behind the wall, a glass-door meeting room and a closed storage room give you privacy. Solar panels on display stands show the product, while a square hanging sign sits above.
How the space works
A reception counter with a lit logo and a brochure rack welcomes visitors under the square hanging sign. To one side, solar panel stands let visitors touch the product. Beyond them, three round tables on a green rug give an open place to talk in front of the big video wall. A glass-door meeting room offers privacy, and an enclosed storage room keeps boxes out of sight. The wood-look floor ties it all together.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-596 is 5,000 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
