How the space works

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-654 is 7,600 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. Do the ring canopies need overhead rigging?
They are overhead structures and may require ceiling rigging or engineering approval. Check your show's rules on hanging and height.
Can the booth be used without the platform?
The platform is part of the design. Without it the black carpet still works, but the glow effect is lost.
