Design render of a 20×30 corner trade show booth: corner booth with two-story mezzanine lounge and staircase
About this design

Why choose PX-675

Two floors fit on this corner footprint. An open staircase with green handrails rises from the ground level to a railed lounge deck with sofas, while below it a meeting room, a stone-top bar and a fluted reception counter handle the busy work. Curved green-lit headers frame both levels. It suits industrial equipment suppliers, distributors and any exhibitor who needs more seated space than the floor area alone would allow.

How the space works

At the corner, a tall logo tower stands beside the fluted reception counter. Next to it, the stone-top bar with five metal stools sits under a wall TV, where staff can offer drinks. The staircase rises beside the bar to the upper deck, which has two white sofas, cube seats and small tables behind green railings. Under the deck, the meeting room is lit by track lights and lined with printed graphic walls, with a table and chairs for sit-down talks.

Best for

  • Equipment distributors who hold many meetings with buyers
  • Companies hosting key guests away from aisle traffic
  • Exhibitors with several partner brands to present on one wall
  • Teams that need a meeting room and an open bar on the same stand

What stands out

  • An open staircase with green handrails, which doubles as a visual feature from the aisle
  • An upper mezzanine deck with railing that adds a second lounge level above the floor
  • Curved portal headers with green edge light and spotlights framing both levels

Make it yours

  • Use the upper deck as a hospitality area with catering
  • Turn the lower meeting room into a product demo room
  • Swap the green accent for your brand color on the rails and edge lights

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-675 is 7,850 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-675

Does a two-story booth need special approval?

Yes. Most shows require structural drawings and approval for double-deck stands, and some halls do not allow them. We check this against your show rules early.

Is the lower meeting room closed?

It has walls on three sides and the deck above, with an open front. A door or curtain can be added for more privacy.

How many people can the deck hold?

The limit is set by the structural approval and the show. Plan for small groups rather than a crowd.
