Why choose PX-677
Soft green light traced around rounded white panels gives this inline booth a calm, café-like feel that stands apart from busier designs on the aisle. Warm wood appears in pill-shaped wall inlays, a slatted nook and a curved bar counter, so the space reads as clean but not cold. It suits fintech, software and service brands that win business over a drink and a short conversation rather than a product demo, and it seats a good number of guests without feeling crowded.
How the space works
From the aisle, visitors step onto a wood-look floor strip that leads straight to a lit reception counter carrying your logo and a QR code. Behind it, two hosts stand at the curved wood bar, framed by vertical slats and wall planters. Low café tables with white shell chairs fill one side for seated talks, while high tables and wooden-legged stools fill the other for quicker chats. A door set into the slatted nook opens to a back room where staff keep supplies out of sight.
Best for
- Payment, software and fintech companies that sell through hosted conversations
- Exhibitors running a hospitality bar or coffee service during show hours
- Brands with a green, white or natural-wood palette
- Teams that need a small hidden room for coats, stock and catering supplies
What stands out
- Glowing green outline trim on the back wall, which draws the eye from down the aisle without needing a hanging sign
- Curved wood bar with a backlit base, giving staff a natural place to pour drinks and greet guests
- Slatted wood nook with an inset door, hiding a small storage room inside the back wall
Make it yours
- Change the LED trim color from green to match your brand palette
- Mount a TV on one of the wood pill panels to loop a product video
- Swap the low café tables for more high-tops if you expect short, standing meetings

What "all-in" covers
From the first drawing to the last crate leaving the hall, it's one fixed price.
Not includedMaterial handling (drayage) and electrical, billed by the show at actual cost. Booths with a hanging sign also need the show's rigging labor. We order all of it for you.
What PX-677 costs in Las Vegas
The price is built from what's in this booth. Pick your show city: labor and freight rates differ between convention cities, so the price changes with it.
Paid to the show, estimated
How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-677 is 5,750 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

About PX-677
Is there storage behind the bar?
Yes. The slatted nook includes a door to a small back room for supplies and personal items. Whether it can be locked depends on the hardware chosen for your build, so ask when you book.
Can we serve drinks at the bar?
The bar counter is built for it, but serving food or alcohol is governed by each venue's catering rules. Check your show's exhibitor manual for what is allowed.
