Design render of a 20×30 inline trade show booth: inline booth with enclosed training room and reception counter
About this design

Why choose PX-606

Walls ten feet tall close this booth off on three sides, turning a trade show space into a small classroom. A wood-look entry and a reception counter welcome visitors, and inside, desks with laptops and office chairs wait for a training session. A presentation screen at the end of the room and a TV near the entry support the lesson. Orange and navy graphic walls make the box feel like a branded training centre.

How the space works

The reception counter at the entry catches visitors and signs them up for a session. Past it, the entry opens into a room with work tables set with laptops and six office chairs, facing a presentation screen at the back wall. A TV by the entry plays a welcome message to people queuing outside. Tall graphic walls on three sides keep the noise down and the room feel focused, while overhead spotlights light the desks.

Best for

  • Software, recruitment and education companies that run hands-on sessions
  • Exhibitors who want a workshop room with a door-like entry
  • Companies offering training, certification or onboarding demos
  • Teams that value a calm, closed space away from the show floor noise

What stands out

  • Tall enclosed walls: a ten-foot perimeter that cuts noise and gives full-height graphics
  • Training room layout with desks: ready-made hands-on setup for demos and workshops
  • Reception counter at the entry: a clear point for check-in and queue management

Make it yours

  • Put your own software or app on the laptops and run timed demo sessions
  • Print the tall walls with your curriculum, brand values or customer stories
  • Swap two tables for a small lounge if you want a place for breaks

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-606 is 5,900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
