Design render of a 20×30 inline trade show booth: inline booth with slanted gray panels and angled reception counter
About this design

Why choose PX-678

Sharp diagonal cuts define this inline booth, with white and charcoal panels slanting across the back wall and a tall angled tower closing one end. The geometry gives a modest footprint a sense of motion while keeping the palette neutral enough for technical brands. It works well for industrial and equipment makers who want a large printed graphic to explain their product, framed displays for literature or samples, and enough high-top and café seating to hold several meetings at once.

How the space works

Visitors approach an angled reception counter at the open end, where a staff member greets them and scans badges. To one side, three floating shelves hold framed boards with product photos or certifications. The center of the booth opens into a seating area of café tables, with high-tops and stools set further back in front of a wide printed graphic panel. The slanted tower on the far end carries your web address vertically, so it reads from across the aisle.

Best for

  • Industrial equipment and machinery manufacturers explaining a large product through graphics
  • B2B exhibitors who meet distributors over scheduled sit-down conversations
  • Brands with a gray, black or white identity
  • Teams that want framed samples or certificates on display shelves

What stands out

  • Slanted back-wall panels in white and charcoal that give the booth a strong, directional shape
  • Wide printed graphic wall at eye level, sized for a product photo with short headline copy
  • Tall angled tower with vertical text and open slats, marking the booth edge from a distance

Make it yours

  • Replace the printed graphic wall with a large TV or LED panel for video
  • Swap the framed boards on the shelves for small product samples
  • Change the charcoal accent panels to a brand color while keeping the white structure

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-678 is 4,250 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-678

Can the printed wall be changed for each show?

Yes. The graphics are printed panels, so they can be reprinted with new content for a different show or product launch. Allow time for print production before the event.

Is there a storage closet?

The rendering does not show a closet. If you need one, ask about adding one behind the back wall, which depends on space and the show's height rules.
