Design render of a 20×30 island trade show booth: island booth with display podium and tall graphic wall
About this design

Why choose PX-679

A lit cube podium at the heart of this island turns one product into the main event, with a bright frame that pulls visitors in from all four aisles. Around it, white portal frames layered with purple slats create separate rooms for meetings, while a tall photo wall at one end tells your story in pictures. It is a good fit for healthcare, mobility and service brands that have a single hero item to show and need several quiet corners to talk with partners.

How the space works

From the front aisle, visitors meet a white reception counter flanked by brochure stands. Walking in, they pass through stepped portal frames into the center, where the lit podium sits on a raised platform. Bistro tables with white chairs surround it, and each side has its own wall-mounted TV for presentations. At the far end, a long counter with bar stools faces the tall photo wall, giving staff a spot for quick product demos and quieter follow-up talks.

Best for

  • Mobility, medical device and assistive-equipment makers with one hero product
  • Franchise and investment programs that hold many partner meetings
  • Brands with a purple, violet or white palette
  • Exhibitors who need several distinct seating zones on one island

What stands out

  • Glass-frame podium with LED edges on a raised base, making a single product readable from every side
  • Stepped portal frames with layered purple and white slats that divide the island into rooms without walls
  • Tall graphic wall with photo panels and a lit header, carrying your story above the crowd

Make it yours

  • Place your own product in the podium, or rotate items on a turntable inside it
  • Turn the bar counter facing the photo wall into a hands-on demo station
  • Swap the purple slat inserts for your brand color

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-679 is 7,850 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-679

How big an item fits in the podium?

The podium is sized for a single large product, roughly the size of a wheelchair. Share your product dimensions and we can confirm fit or adjust the frame.

Does the booth work if one side faces a wall?

It is designed as an island, but the layout can be adapted to a peninsula by closing one end. The final plan depends on your space at the show.
