Design render of a 20×30 island trade show booth: island booth with four shelf towers and overhead hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-680

Few designs show off product inventory like this one, where four tall portal towers are lined with lit shelves and the core carries a full wall of backlit stock. Navy, orange and pale blue panels with racing stripes give the island a motorsport look, and a rectangular hanging sign marks it from far away. It suits lubricant, automotive and consumer-goods brands that want rows of packaging on view, room for a vehicle or two, and casual seating where visitors can linger.

How the space works

On the main face, a striped reception counter with a laptop sits in front of a large graphic or video panel. Visitors drift left and right toward the portal towers, each stocked with lit bottles, and find motorcycles parked on the blue carpet. The opposite face holds a tall wall of backlit shelving with bistro tables in front for sit-down talks. Drum-style stools and drum display tables add casual seating, while a prize machine near one corner keeps a steady line forming.

Best for

  • Lubricant, oil and automotive aftermarket brands with packaged products
  • Motorsport sponsors and partners who display bikes or scooters
  • Consumer brands running games or giveaways to draw crowds
  • Exhibitors who want stock on display rather than hidden in storage

What stands out

  • Four portal towers with LED-edged frames and lit shelves, giving product display on every side of the island
  • Six-row backlit shelf wall at the core, which turns stacked packaging into a visual feature
  • Rectangular hanging sign with your logo, visible above the hall from several aisles away

Make it yours

  • Replace the motorcycles with your own vehicles or equipment on the open floor
  • Turn the central graphic panel into an LED video wall for race footage
  • Swap the drum stools for standard bar seating to suit a more formal brand

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-680 is 8,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-680

Will the hanging sign need rigging at my show?

Yes. A hanging sign is suspended from the hall ceiling, which requires venue-approved rigging and is usually ordered through the show's official contractor. Rules and lead times vary by venue.

Can vehicles be shown inside the booth?

The open carpet areas fit motorcycles or scooters. Each show has its own rules for vehicles, such as battery disconnection and fuel limits, so check the exhibitor manual.
