Design render of a 20×30 island trade show booth: island booth with rectangular overhead frame and backlit kiosk towers
About this design

Why choose PX-611

Slim lit towers, each topped with a tablet on a stand, line the front of this island like a row of self-serve stations. Overhead, a long banner frame with big graphics runs above the floor and the curved backlit counter in the middle glows white. A tall printed wall on the right shows a customer scene in lit fabric, and two white lounge chairs offer a place to rest. Blue aisle carpet frames the space.

How the space works

Visitors walking in from the blue aisle carpet meet the row of backlit towers first, each with a tablet at hand height. They can tap through a demo alone, or step to the curved counter where staff answer questions. White pedestals nearby hold terminals and small devices. The big lit graphic wall tells the story behind it all, and two white lounge chairs and two high tables with stools provide places to sit, take a call or wait for a staff member.

Best for

  • Point-of-sale, software and kiosk companies that let visitors try a device themselves
  • Exhibitors who need a curved counter for staffed demos
  • Teams that want a headline message on an overhead banner
  • Companies who want pedestals for small hardware next to the screens

What stands out

  • Backlit kiosk towers with tablet mounts: put hands-on demos at hand height and glow in a busy hall
  • Curved backlit counter: a soft, welcoming staff point with room for several people to gather
  • Long overhead banner frame: carries a headline and brand across the whole span of the island

Make it yours

  • Load your app or ordering demo on the tablets and lock them to guided mode
  • Replace the lit fabric wall with a product-in-use photograph
  • Swap one set of lounge chairs for a meeting table

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-611 is 6,000 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
