A huge orange and charcoal frame hangs over this island like a giant picture frame. Inside it sit two glass-front meeting rooms and, above them, a wall of LED screens. A curved reception counter, a slim lit banner tower and a tall printed pillar stand nearby, with bar-height tables and twelve leather-look chairs filling the open end. The orange floor edge and wood-look flooring finish the picture. It is built for companies that want presence.
How the space works
The giant overhead frame can be seen across the hall. Under it, visitors find the curved reception counter near the entry, then walk toward the two glass-front rooms, topped by a wall of screens playing a film. The lounge area at the open end has bar-height tables and leather-look chairs, with a slim lit banner tower and a tall printed pillar for extra messages. Three wall TVs and two planters add motion and softness.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-627 is 8,500 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot.
