Design render of a 20×40 island trade show booth: island booth with wood pergola and four glass meeting pods
About this design

Why choose PX-633

Timber pergola arches run along the top of this island like a covered boardwalk, tying two raised wood-panel end walls into one structure. Between them, a line of tall graphic panels works as a gallery, and glass and wood pods give private rooms for talking. It is a heavily built, warm booth for an organisation that wants to host real meetings, offer coffee and keep a strong visual story running down the whole length of the floor.

How the space works

Visitors are drawn in under the pergola arches and walk along a row of tall printed panels, each one a different picture or message. A curved lit reception counter at one end handles the first greeting, and the long coffee counter at the other end gives people a reason to stay. Four glass and wood pods sit along the sides, each with a table, so appointments can happen privately while the main floor stays busy. Hanging plants soften the overhead beams.

Best for

  • Tourism boards, regional groups and destination marketers who want a storytelling gallery of tall images
  • Companies that book private appointments and need glass-walled pods
  • Hospitality, food or lifestyle brands that serve coffee from a long counter
  • Exhibitors who want a booth that looks like a built environment rather than a shell

What stands out

  • Curved timber pergola ceilings give the whole island an outdoor-feeling cover and a clear walkable route down its length
  • Glass and wood meeting pods let you hold private conversations that are still visible and welcoming
  • A raised wood-look floor separates the booth from the hall and gives it a finished, built-in look

Make it yours

  • Print the six tall panels with your own photography or product shots
  • Turn one pod into a demo or sampling room by swapping the table for a counter
  • Change the pergola wood finish or add more hanging plants for a different mood

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-633 is 9,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-633

Will the pergola need overhead approval at my show?

It is a structure above head height, so most venues require engineering and height approval. Check your show's rules on overhead structures early and tell us your booth location.

Are the meeting pods fully enclosed?

They have glass and wood walls and a table, and their open or closed sides can be discussed. Whether they count as enclosed rooms, for example for fire code, depends on the show.
