Design render of a 30×30 island trade show booth: island booth with two-story lounge deck and glass display room
About this design

Why choose PX-683

Two floors of space on a single island give this design its edge: a ground level for product and a railed upper deck for private meetings with a view over the hall. Red carpet, black faceted panels and LED-edged frames create a racing feel suited to motorcycle, helmet and lubricant brands. A glass-fronted display room shows off a bike, while helmet shelving and plinths fill the covered area below the deck, making it practical for brands with many products to present.

How the space works

Visitors spot a round lit product counter at the open corner, stacked with bottles, and two reception counters with laptops nearby. To one side, a glass-fronted display room holds a motorcycle in front of a large graphic. Under the deck, a covered area has helmet shelving, black display plinths and high tables. A red-railed staircase leads up to the deck, where a sofa, ottomans, café tables and a wide TV give staff a quieter place to meet dealers.

Best for

  • Motorcycle, helmet and riding-gear brands
  • Lubricant and parts makers that share space with partner brands
  • Exhibitors who need a semi-private meeting deck for dealers
  • Brands with a red and black identity

What stands out

  • Upper deck with red railing and lounge seating, adding meeting space without using more floor
  • Glass-fronted display room that protects a vehicle while keeping it fully visible
  • Round lit product counter that shows bottles at eye level from every direction

Make it yours

  • Use the glass room for a different hero product, such as a scooter or an engine
  • Put a sponsor logo wall on the deck as a backdrop for photos
  • Change the helmet shelving to racks for apparel or parts

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-683 is 11,000 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-683

Do two-story booths need special approval?

Yes. Most venues require structural drawings and a permit for a second level, and some limit how many people can be on the deck. We prepare the drawings, and approval timelines vary by show.

Is the deck accessible for everyone?

The deck is reached by stairs only. Plan to hold meetings with guests who cannot use stairs at the ground-level tables.
