Design render of a 40×50 island trade show booth: island booth with two-tier oval hanging sign and curved graphic towers
About this design

Why choose PX-696

Layered high above the floor, a two-tier oval hanging sign, with an upper band on a truss ring and a second printed band below, gives this large island an outline that holds attention from far down the hall. Underneath, curved graphic towers and freestanding walls divide the raised wood-look floor into many small meeting zones. It works for destination, tourism and association exhibitors that host several partners at once, each with its own table, screen and graphics, under one shared identity.

How the space works

Visitors step onto the raised floor from any side and pass between tall curved towers printed with large photos. Near the corners, reception counters with TVs set into yellow and white panels serve as check-in points. Through the space, bistro tables with white swivel stools let partners hold back-to-back appointments, while lounge chairs and sofas offer a slower pace in the middle. Freestanding walls with TVs separate the zones, so each partner group has a backdrop of its own.

Best for

  • Tourism boards and destination marketers hosting partner hotels and attractions
  • Associations and pavilions that share one island among several members
  • Exhibitors who run many scheduled appointments at the same time
  • Brands with bright, photo-led graphics

What stands out

  • Two-tier oval fabric hanging sign on truss, whose lower ring band adds a second graphic layer below the logo
  • Curved double-sided graphic towers about 14 ft tall, which split the floor into zones while keeping it open
  • Raised wood-look floor platform, which defines the booth edge and can hide cabling for the TVs

Make it yours

  • Print the lower ring band with your own imagery or partner logos
  • Swap some bistro tables for a hospitality bar
  • Assign each tower and table group to a partner or product line

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-696 is 23,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-696

Will the truss and hanging sign need rigging?

Yes. Both are rigged from the hall ceiling, which needs show-approved labor and must meet the venue's height limits.

Can partners have their own graphics?

Yes. The towers and walls use printed fabric graphics, so different panels can carry different partner artwork.

Is there storage?

No closet is listed for this design. Storage can usually be built into the back of a freestanding wall, so ask when you book.
