Design render of a 10×40 corner trade show booth: corner booth with twin arch headers and demo stations
About this design

Why choose PX-521

Two white arches with glowing lines span this long corner booth, each topped with lit lettering that marks a separate zone. Behind them a blue patterned wall carries a row of ten TVs, and white lockable counters with chrome bar stools form demo stations along the length. A tall end wall with a map and infographic closes the left. It is built for companies that demonstrate software or screens to many visitors at once.

How the space works

Visitors enter under an arch and find themselves in front of a wall of TVs. White counters with chrome bar stools stand along the aisle, each with its own screen, so a staff member can run a demo while another visitor waits. Lockable cabinets under or beside the counters hold laptops and cables. The tall end wall at the left explains the company through a map and infographic. A blue border carpet frames the gray floor.

Best for

  • Software and digital product companies that need many hands-on demo stations
  • Exhibitors with two products or two brands that need separate names on separate arches
  • Teams of ten or more people who need many working places at the same time
  • Companies that want a bright, high-energy blue look that reads from far down the aisle

What stands out

  • Two white arch headers with LED line lighting give each zone a clear entrance and a lit name
  • Ten wall-mounted 43-inch TVs let many demos run at once
  • Ten white lockable cabinets keep devices and equipment secure at each station

Make it yours

  • Replace the 3D lit lettering with your own brand or product names
  • Change the patterned wall to a different color or graphic
  • Use the demo pedestals for hands-on product trials instead of video

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-521 is 4,450 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
