Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with center sign tower and four banner pylons
About this design

Why choose PX-546

Four navy pylons stand at the corners of this island like boundary posts, leaving the whole 20x20 floor open around one tall graphic wall. The sign box on top of the central structure reads from far down the aisle, and the sky-blue carpet makes the footprint easy to spot. It suits exhibitors who want space to move groups through, stage a short presentation or park their own equipment, and who would rather have a few big graphic surfaces than a crowded layout.

How the space works

From the aisle, visitors first see the pylons, each one carrying a different product line in a column of icons and text. The central structure holds a large printed panel at roughly twelve feet, so the main message sits well above heads. Two low counters on the open carpet are where staff greet people and hand over literature. Nothing blocks the middle of the floor, so a small crowd can gather in front of the wall while others browse the pylons from the edges.

Best for

  • Software and services firms that tell a story through large, text-led graphics
  • Exhibitors with a floor-standing product or demo rig to place in open space
  • Teams that host short group briefings and need standing room
  • Companies with several product lines, one per pylon

What stands out

  • Four corner pylons with arm spotlights: they mark the edges of your space and give each product line its own lit surface
  • Rectangular sign box on top of the central structure: it carries your logo above the sight line of neighboring booths
  • Open sky-blue carpet floor: it keeps the plan flexible for a demo unit, extra tables or a seated session

Make it yours

  • Dedicate each pylon to one product or service and retitle the graphics for every show
  • Add a wall-mounted screen to the central structure for a looping demo
  • Replace the two low counters with taller meeting counters or a small lounge group

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-546 is 3,100 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-546

Can I put my own equipment in the open floor?

Yes. The center of the plan is deliberately clear, so a machine, vehicle or display rig can sit there. Check your weight and power needs with the show first, as floor loading and electrical rules vary.

Do the pylons need to be fixed to anything?

They are freestanding structures. Final stability and any ballast requirements are confirmed during planning for your specific show.
