Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with overhead header canopy and twin tv counters
About this design

Why choose PX-326

A black ceiling canopy with downlights ties this island together from above, and below it two printed counters each sit under a white wall section and a wall-mounted TV. That gives two demo points that face different aisles. A freestanding touchscreen kiosk stands in the open center, a bar table with three stools is set aside for talking, and a tall printed end wall carries a headline message. It suits technology sellers who want visitors to try things on screens.

How the space works

The overhead canopy and header beam outline the island from every side, and its downlights give a warm pool of light on the counters. Visitors can walk to either counter, each with a keyboard and a TV above it on a white wall section, so two demos can run side by side. The touchscreen kiosk in the middle invites people to try the product themselves. A bar-height table with three stools suits a short sit-down, and the tall end wall carries the big message.

Best for

  • Software, cloud and IT firms that demo on screens
  • Exhibitors who want two staffed demo points running at once
  • Teams that use a prize or giveaway message on the counters
  • Companies that want a darker, high-contrast look with white accents

What stands out

  • Two counters, each under its own TV, give two demo points facing different aisles
  • An overhead canopy with downlights outlines the island and keeps the counters well lit
  • A freestanding touchscreen kiosk lets visitors try the product with no staff help

Make it yours

  • Run a different demo on each TV, one for features and one for case studies
  • Change the counter wrap to promote a giveaway or event
  • Load the touchscreen with a quiz, a configurator or a sign-up form

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-326 is 2,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
