Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with tall central graphic tower and side screen walls
About this design

Why choose PX-578

One sixteen-foot graphic tower, two screen walls and three counters: this island says a lot with very little. The tower stands in the middle, big enough to carry a photograph and a headline that read from the far end of the hall, and a counter at its foot is where visitors meet staff. The two side walls hold portrait screens, each with a counter, so three separate conversations can run at once on a bright, speckled white carpet.

How the space works

Visitors see a tall photograph and a headline on the tower, with a portrait screen on its face at about chest height. Staff stand at the central counter in front of it and greet visitors as they arrive. On the left and right, two side walls about eight feet tall hold red-lit portrait screens with a counter beside each, so visitors can see a demo or fill in a form while others talk at the center. Spotlights on the side walls keep the screens readable.

Best for

  • Staffing, healthcare services and education brands that lead with people photography
  • Exhibitors who want several parallel conversation points rather than a lounge
  • Teams with a short message that needs a big, clear image
  • Companies that show a digital product on portrait screens

What stands out

  • Sixteen-foot central tower: it carries one clear image far above neighboring booths
  • Portrait screens on the side walls: they suit app, form and short-video content
  • Three counters with cabinet bases: each one is a staffed station with space to store materials

Make it yours

  • Replace the tower photograph with your own and update the headline for each show
  • Load the portrait screens with a sign-up form or a short demo
  • Add a stool at each counter for longer conversations

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-578 is 2,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
