Design render of a 60×60 island trade show booth: island booth with overhead truss canopy and led video wall
About this design

Why choose PX-686

At sixty feet square, this island works like a small event venue, with a red square canopy over steel truss marking a central stage in front of a large LED video wall. Cars sit on raised platforms across the open red floor, a two-story lounge structure anchors one side, and tall product graphics frame the stage. It is meant for automotive, lubricant and lifestyle brands planning launches, live presentations and crowd moments, with enough room for vehicles, hospitality and a staffed counter.

How the space works

Visitors enter from any side onto red carpet and gather in front of the low stage, where the LED wall runs video and presenters speak. Cars are parked across the open floor on lit platforms, with a round product counter near the front. To one side, a staffed counter and high tables handle questions and sign-ups. The two-story lounge structure sits at the edge with a staircase to a railed deck, where guests sit at café tables above the action.

Best for

  • Automotive, lubricant and performance-parts brands planning a launch
  • Exhibitors running live shows, talks or meet-and-greets on a stage
  • Brands that display several cars, bikes or watercraft at once
  • Large teams who need a deck lounge and multiple counters

What stands out

  • Square overhead truss canopy with lit logo letters, marking the stage area from across the hall
  • Large LED video wall on a black wall above a two-step stage, ready for live presentations
  • Two-story lounge structure with staircase and deck, giving hosted guests a view over the floor

Make it yours

  • Use the stage for product reveals, driver signings or scheduled talks
  • Replace the parked cars with motorcycles, boats or equipment
  • Add a bar or hospitality counter inside the lounge structure

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-686 is 42,500 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-686

Does the truss canopy need rigging?

The canopy is built on truss, and depending on its size and the venue it is either ground-supported or hung from the ceiling. Either way, the venue must approve the structure, and rules vary by show.

Do we need permits for the deck?

Most venues require structural drawings and approval for a second level. We prepare the documents, and timelines depend on the show.
