CES is the busiest week of the year for booth staff in Las Vegas, and the best people are booked by November. Purple Exhibits staffs CES exhibitors with local demo hosts, brand ambassadors, booth reps, lead qualifiers and suite hostesses at a flat $85 an hour per person, with no travel costs because our crew lives in Las Vegas. CES spreads across Las Vegas. Each part needs a different kind of crew.
The big tech, auto and appliance booths. Demo hosts, lead qualifiers and line managers.
Startups and smaller brands. One or two sharp reps who can pitch in 30 seconds.
Private meetings and press. Hostesses who greet, check names and keep the schedule moving.
Brand events after the floor closes. Hosts, greeters and VIP check-in.

CES spreads across four Convention Center halls, the Venetian Expo and hotel suites. Tap a hall to see how we staff it.
Schematic, not to scale. Hall areas from the LVCVA facility brochure via our LVCC guide; the Venetian Expo is a separate building, so allow extra travel time between them during CES week.
The newest LVCC hall, across the Paradise Bridge, with the tallest ceilings on campus. Big islands and mobility stands build here. It is the longest walk from the main entrance, so we set call times 15 minutes earlier for West Hall crews.
The classic CES floor and the busiest aisles. Popular demos build long lines here, so this is where a line host pays for itself: they keep the queue moving and scan everyone in it.
Large booths with steady business traffic. Put a lead qualifier on every scanner and brief them on your three questions.
The largest hall and the only one on two levels. Tell every staffer the level and section of your booth before day one: the upper level is a different walk and a different elevator.
Four Loop stations under the campus turn a 25-minute walk into a ride of under two minutes, free between campus stations. We use it to move relief staff and runners between halls.
CES puts Eureka Park, its startup area, in Hall G on the Venetian Expo’s lower level. Stands are small and pitches are fast: one or two sharp reps per startup is the right crew.
Private meeting suites run all CES week. A hostess at the door greets guests, checks names against your schedule and keeps meetings on time.
Demo hosts who rehearse, reps who qualify, hosts who keep suites on time. These are the five roles we send to CES.

Hosts who learn your product and run short, sharp demos all day.

Reps who qualify buyers and hand serious leads to your team.

Ambassadors who manage lines at popular demos and scan everyone in them.

Hosts for hotel meeting suites: greeting, check-in and timing.

Qualifiers who tag every scan by role and interest.
