At ISC West, visitors judge your product by how well the demo runs and how fast someone reads their badge. Purple Exhibits sends ISC West exhibitors local demo presenters, access-control hosts, drone cage hosts, triage reps and trade show models. Each person costs $85 an hour, whatever the job, with a four-hour minimum. We hire in Las Vegas, so your invoice carries no flights, hotels or travel fees. ISC West 2027 is on the calendar for April 5–9 at the Venetian Expo. The five days include education, and the expo floor opens for part of the week; we match shifts to your hall hours. Book six weeks out if you can. Rush requests still work with 72 hours’ notice.

Security buyers trust a demo when the person running it looks sharp and sounds sure. These are real Purple Exhibits teams at tech booths, and the bar your ISC West crew is held to.

Eight roles we fill for ISC West 2027 staffing, from the aisle to the briefing room door. One rate covers all of them: $85 per person per hour.
Polished models stand at the aisle edge beside your camera towers and invite integrators in to see the feeds.
Ambassadors scan each badge, hand over the giveaway only after the scan and point visitors to the right demo.
For a product reveal or a photo moment, promotional models present the new hardware and keep the crowd facing the stage.
Hostesses run the meeting lounge, greet partners with appointments and look after guests at evening receptions.
Demonstrators learn a short script for your video wall, reader or headset demo and run it the same way all day.
Check-in staff handle guest lists for briefings, partner training rooms and customer events during the week.
Reps scan, ask your approved questions and tag every lead as an integrator, dealer, end user or consultant.
Meeting partners from Latin America or overseas? Ask early for Spanish or another language and we look for Las Vegas staff who speak it.
Exhibiting at more than one Las Vegas show? Our Las Vegas trade show staffing team works every major venue in town, and tech exhibitors who start the year in January can book CES booth staff from the same local crew.
An example booth with three live demos and a briefing room. Tap a zone to read the job, or follow the numbers to the crew list.
Example 30×40 layout, not to scale. Before the show we mark up your own floor plan the same way.
The video wall pulls people in from the aisle. A demo presenter runs a short scripted walk-through on the hour and between runs, then passes deep technical questions to your engineer.
Visitors want to badge through the turnstile themselves. A demo host hands out test credentials, explains what the reader is doing and resets the lane after every pass.
Your own pilot flies. Our cage host stays outside the netting, keeps visitors behind the line and phones out of the flight path, and lines up the next group.
The walkway between stations clogs fast when three demos run at once. A lane host keeps people moving in one direction so nobody blocks the camera wall.
Every visitor who wants more than a look gets scanned here. The rep asks who they are (integrator, dealer, end user or consultant), tags the lead and books the right follow-up.
Unreleased products are shown in here only. A door host checks names against your list, collects signed NDAs and keeps phones and cameras out.
A greeter at the open corner invites people in and points them to the right demo, so visitors do not wander into the briefing room by mistake.
Brands that have booked Purple
Security products sell when visitors see them work. Each kind of demo needs its own staffing plan, and the walkway between them needs one too.
A wall of moving feeds stops people. What keeps them is a presenter who can point at one feed and explain what the software just flagged in plain words.
Everyone wants to tap a card and walk through. A host issues test credentials, explains what the reader checks and resets the gate between groups.
Your pilot or operator runs the hardware. Our hosts own the people: a line outside the netting, a short safety talk and a clear view for the next group.
Three live demos in one booth create a traffic jam. A lane host keeps the path open, moves people in one direction and points them to the triage counter after each run.

Who does what at a security booth, how many to book and when to lock them in.
| Role | What they do at ISC West | How many | Book by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Demo presenter | Runs your camera wall or analytics demo from a script, then hands technical questions to your engineers | One per live demo station | 6 weeks out |
| Access-control demo host | Issues test credentials, walks visitors through the turnstile or reader and resets the lane | One per lane | 6 weeks out |
| Drone and robotics cage host | Holds the line outside the netting while your pilot flies, and lines up the next group | Two per cage | 6 weeks out |
| Triage booth rep | Scans badges, sorts integrators, dealers, end users and consultants, and books the follow-up | One or two per booth | 5 weeks out |
| Briefing room door host | Checks names against your NDA list, collects signed forms and keeps the door shut | One per room | 4 weeks out |
| Trade show model and greeter | Welcomes people at the aisle and steers them to the right demo | One per open side | 4 weeks out |
Staff who can run a live demo, read a badge and keep a busy booth in order. These are the five roles we send to ISC West.

Models who stand beside your camera towers and invite integrators in from the aisle.

Presenters on a headset who run your access-control demo at the turnstile, step by step.

Ambassadors who scan each badge and hand over the notebook only after the scan.

Hosts who manage the drone cage line with a tablet while your pilot flies.

Reps who sort integrators from end users and book the right meeting.

Many security brands show unreleased hardware to a short list of partners. The room only stays private if someone owns the door.
The expo floor is only part of the week. Our Las Vegas crews also cover the rooms, suites and evenings around it.
