Plan for about a third of the expected visitors to your booth to take something. For a show with 300 booth visitors a day over three days, 250 to 300 brochures and 500 flyers is a good start, plus 100 to 250 business cards per rep.
Running out on day two is the most common print mistake at shows. Order a little more than you think: the price per piece drops as the quantity goes up.
Order about 2 to 3 weeks before your show for standard production and ground shipping. Big displays and large print runs can take longer. Every product shows its price for each size and quantity, with standard production included. At checkout we add flat shipping of $35.00 per order and sales tax for your state, and you pay by card.
