KBIS is the kitchen and bath industry's main show, held alongside the International Builders' Show as Design & Construction Week. Exhibitors show cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, surfaces and smart-home products to designers, dealers, remodelers and builders.

What drives the cost at KBIS 2027

  • Working kitchen and bath displays are heavy. Cabinetry, stone and appliances push drayage up, so weigh your crates and consider shipping display units instead of full rooms.
  • Live appliance demos may need water, drain and higher-amp power. These are separate orders with their own deadlines.
  • KBIS publishes member and non-member space rates plus fixed fees, so floor space is one of the most predictable lines here.

Dates and travel

  • Discount deadlines. Most exhibitor kits close the lower prices for labor, electrical and advance-warehouse freight three to four weeks before move-in. For KBIS 2027 that means around January 5, 2027 to January 12, 2027. Your kit has the exact dates.
  • Hotel nights. 3 exhibit days plus a day each for move-in and move-out is about 5 nights per person. The estimate budgets $1,500–$3,000 per traveler.
  • Also in Las Vegas around the same dates: World of Concrete (Jan 19–21, 2027), AVN Adult Entertainment Expo (Jan 20–23, 2027), Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show (Jan 20–22, 2027), Las Vegas Market (Jan 24–28, 2027), The NGA Show (Jan 31 – Feb 2, 2027). Book hotels early when large events overlap.
