West Hall

Booking in December

ERR 02

One demo host all day

A four-day show wears people out. Plan relief so every demo stays sharp.

ERR 03

No line management

Popular demos build long lines. A line host keeps the queue moving and scans everyone in it.

How much do CES booth staff cost?

$85 an hour per person with a four-hour minimum. Demo hosts, brand ambassadors, booth reps, lead qualifiers and hostesses all cost the same, and there are no flights or hotel nights because our CES crew lives in Las Vegas.

When is CES 2027?

January 6–9, 2027, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo and hotel venues across Las Vegas. Media days and booth setup happen in the days before.

When should I book CES staff?

Eight weeks out for the best people, so by early to mid November. We take rush bookings with 72 hours’ notice, but the choice is smaller in December.

How many staff does a CES booth need?

Most 20×20 booths need four to six people per shift: demo hosts, a line host and a lead qualifier. Use the crew estimator on this page for your booth.

Can your staff run a product demo at CES?

Yes. We brief them on your product, hold a briefing call two weeks out and rehearse on site once the booth is built. Deep technical questions go to your engineers.

Do you provide multilingual staff for CES?

Yes. CES draws a large international audience, and we can add staff who speak Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French or German, depending on availability. Ask when you book.

Can you staff our CES meeting suite?

Yes. We send hostesses who greet guests, check names against your schedule and keep meetings on time in your hotel suite.

Do you staff the startup area at the Venetian Expo?

Yes. Startups usually need one or two sharp reps who can pitch in 30 seconds and capture every lead.

Do you staff CES parties and dinners?

Yes. We send hosts, greeters and door staff for evening events during CES week.

What if a staff member cancels during CES?

We keep standby staff in Las Vegas all CES week. A briefed replacement is on your stand within two hours, or that shift is free.

Are you the official CES staffing company?

No. Purple Exhibits is an independent exhibit and staffing company that works for CES exhibitors. We are not affiliated with the Consumer Technology Association.

Can Purple also build our CES booth?

Yes. We design, build and install exhibits in Las Vegas and can staff the same booth under one plan.
