REQUIREMENT
Shapoorji Pallonji Group is a global engineering and infrastructure company founded in 1865, operating across sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy, water, and real estate with projects delivered in more than 40 countries.
For this exhibition, the company’s energy division wanted a booth that clearly communicated their expertise in offshore oil and gas engineering, including floating production systems and large-scale energy infrastructure.
The goal was to present their technical capabilities in a way that would be visually impressive yet easy to understand for visitors attending the show. They needed a space where potential partners and industry professionals could explore their offshore projects, learn about their engineering capabilities, and discuss future collaborations.
The challenge was to translate complex industrial engineering projects into a clean, professional booth environment that could attract attention while still supporting serious business conversations.
SOLUTIONS
The booth was designed to combine visual storytelling with private meeting space.
Large branded walls showcased imagery of offshore platforms and FPSO vessels, helping visitors immediately understand the scale and complexity of the company’s energy projects.
At the center of the exhibit, a detailed scale model of an offshore production vessel was displayed inside a clear case. This physical model became a powerful visual tool, allowing visitors to see the engineering structure of the vessel up close while the team explained its capabilities.
A large LED video wall played project footage and operational visuals, bringing the offshore energy environment to life and helping communicate the company’s global expertise.
To support deeper business discussions, the booth also included a glass-enclosed meeting room with comfortable seating. This area provided a quiet and professional setting where executives and partners could discuss technical details and project opportunities away from the busy show floor.
The design balanced engineering presentation, product visualization, and professional meeting space, creating a booth that felt both informative and welcoming.
