Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to ASI)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the ASI Show Fort Worth space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ASI Show Fort Worth
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Product Showcase spot: $410 per product, 2026 shows
- ASI Gala ticket: $25 to December 6, 2026; $75 from February 8, 2027
- Downtown garage parking: $3 for 20 minutes to $22 for 12–24 hours, 2027 show page
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Now to December 2026: Booth location from the ASI 2027 Fort Worth floor plan and design sign-off by mid-December.
- January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, or a refresh of the kit you used at ASI Orlando in January.
- Late January to February 2027: Freeman, convention center and EAC orders filed as soon as ASI releases the Fort Worth exhibitor checklist.
- February 2027: Crates shipped to Freeman's advance warehouse inside the label window published in the kit.
- Move-in, days before March 2, 2027: Our project manager and vetted Texas labor set the booth and test lighting before the Expo Hall opens.
- March 2–3, 2027: Expo Hall days, then teardown from the 2:30 p.m. Wednesday close and freight routed on to ASI Chicago or back to you.
