Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to ANDMORE)
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Atlanta Market
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the AmericasMart Atlanta requires it
Published rates:
- Booth package: 8 ft pipe and drape, 2 draped tables, 2 chairs, 2 risers, sign; ordered via Fernoneview
- Crate limits: 5×5×8 ft and 600 lb maximum; oversize or overweight freight pays extra
- Non-exhibiting suppliers: $50 per approved registration, Winter 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Confirm your First Finds neighborhood and booth with the leasing team; send us the floor plan with your height limit.
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: walls, flooring, shelving and graphics approved.
- Mid-November to mid-December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, packed in crates within AmericasMart's 5×5×8-foot limit.
- By the Exhibitor Portal deadlines, December 2026: Fern booth package and A2Z electrical ordered; crates ship to the AmericasMart Warehouse.
- Move-in days before January 13, 2027: Our project manager builds the booth and finishes by 2 p.m. on the final set-up day while your team stocks product.
- January 13–17, 2027: First Finds open, closing at 2 p.m. Sunday; we dismantle, crate the booth and route it to Summer Market in July.

Checklist
- Choose between a permanent showroom and a First Finds booth with the ANDMORE leasing team
- Get your floor plan or invoice and note the height limit for your booth
- Order the Fern booth package through Fernoneview before the published deadline
- Order electrical in advance through your A2Z account
- Put the Exhibitor Portal Shipping & Receiving deadlines on the plan
- Book staff rooms through onPeak, the only hotel company affiliated with AmericasMart
- Prepare order forms, minimums and ship dates for opening orders
- Plan storage so the booth returns for Summer Market, July 14–17, 2027
