Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Biotechnology Innovation Organization
- Material handling / drayage, if the BIO Partnering @ JPM Week space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the San Francisco Marriott Marquis requires
Published rates:
- Partnering pass, biotech: $650 BIO member, $1,300 non-member (2027)
- Partnering pass, service provider: $2,000 BIO member, $2,700 non-member (2027)
- BIO meeting tables: No added charge, first come, first served (2027)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late November 2026
- October to November 2026: Register for BIO Partnering @ JPM Week and secure your hotel suite or meeting room directly with a hotel.
- Late November 2026: Design sign-off for the room kit: backdrop, table graphics, screen content and any reception build.
- December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY; the kit is packed in rolling cases sized for hotel service elevators.
- Late December 2026: BIO publishes the bioRSVP event list; submit your reception so attendees can find it.
- January 10, 2027: Our project manager installs your suite or room the day before partnering opens.
- January 11–14, 2027: Partnering days; after the last meeting we pack the kit for storage or your next BIO event.

Checklist
- Register for BIO Partnering @ JPM Week with a corporate email that matches your company
- Book your own hotel suite or meeting room; BIO holds no room block
- Send us the room's floor plan and the hotel's delivery rules
- Sign off the suite kit design by late November 2026
- Submit any reception you host to BIO's bioRSVP event list
- Plan to pick up your badge before your first meeting at the Marriott Marquis
