Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Carolinas Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association)
- Material handling / drayage, if the Carolinas Roofing Expo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Carolinas Roofing Expo
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Hyatt Regency Greenville requires
Published rates:
- Member booth: From $1,200 per booth with four registrations, 2027
- Non-member booth: From $2,000 per booth with four registrations, 2027
- Non-exhibiting supplier pass: $1,500 per company of four or $400 per person, 2027
- Host hotel: From $199 per night plus taxes, Hyatt Regency, 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- November–December 2026: You register with CRSMCA and pick a numbered booth; we start design from the 2027 Regency Ballroom plan.
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off on the backwall, counter and sample boards.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY, within our 30 to 45 day build window; freight and electrical ordered through CRSMCA's services.
- Early March 2027: Cased kit ships to Greenville by the date in CRSMCA's freight instructions.
- March 16, 2027: Tentative set-up from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. per CRSMCA's draft agenda, with our project manager, then the Expo Kickoff Reception on the floor from 5 to 7 p.m.
- March 17–18, 2027: Trade show day, then dismantle on Thursday (8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the draft agenda) while the education sessions run.

Checklist
- Register for a booth on CRSMCA's 2027 expo page and note your booth number
- Join CRSMCA as an Associate member before booking if you want the $1,200 member rate
- Send us the freight and electrical instructions CRSMCA sends after registration
- Sign off the display design by mid-January 2027
- Pick the samples and tools for the 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. demonstration slots
- Book rooms at the Hyatt Regency Greenville with group code G-MBRD
- Register any staff beyond your four complimentary registrations
- Ask CRSMCA about LeadCapture lead retrieval
