Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your Cosmoprof North America Miami booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Miami Beach Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Miami Beach Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Miami Beach Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Ready Stand base package: 12 sq m base with BeMatrix walls, carpet, 500 W outlet, table, four chairs, shelving and track light, per Cosmoprof's 2027 Miami pricing sheet
- Miami Beach Convention Center material handling: About $170 per cwt with the standard minimum, Purple's 2026 planning figure
Key dates
- Booth design and hanging sign approval request due: January 5, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off: shelf wall, tester bar, meeting room and graphics in English and Spanish approved.
- December 2026: Production in Fishkill or Las Vegas; lighting tested on your packaging and swatches.
- January 5, 2027: Booth design and hanging sign approval request filed with Cosmoprof, with our EAC form and insurance certificate.
- January 22–25, 2027: Move-in: large stands from Friday, all stands by Monday 7 p.m.; we install, stock the shelves and focus the lights.
- January 26–28, 2027: Show days, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, with our project manager on call.
- January 28–29, 2027: Move-out; crates leave through the west docks and the booth goes to storage or on to Cosmoprof Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Send your contract with stand size, hall and Ready Stand or raw space
- List the SKUs for the shelf wall and the testers you will open
- Book Buyer Program meetings and count the seats you need
- Send logo, packaging files and the claims to translate into Spanish
- Decide on a hanging sign before the January 5 approval
- Reserve onPeak rooms and staff badges for Tuesday to Thursday
- Plan stock and sample shipping to the advance warehouse
