Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to COTERIE by Informa
- Material handling / drayage, if the COTERIE New York space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Javits Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the COTERIE New York venue requires

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late November 2026
- Late November 2026: Design sign-off: neighborhood finishes, lighting plan, rail count and appointment table approved.
- December 2026: Production in Fishkill; lighting tested on your fabrics so blacks and whites read true on the floor.
- January 2027: Exhibitor Resource Center forms, power and labor filed; freight booked into a Javits dock window.
- Move-in days before February 7, 2027: Javits carpenters and electricians install under your project manager, who checks the edit and every light and walks you through the finished booth.
- February 7–9, 2027: Show days, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and Monday and to 4 p.m. Tuesday, with our project manager on call.
- February 9, 2027 from 4 p.m.: Dismantle, crates back through the docks, booth stored for September or Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Send your COTERIE contract with booth number, size and neighborhood
- Choose the 12 to 20 pieces for the gallery rail and the hero look for the forms
- List accessories that need a vitrine or plinth
- Decide how many appointment seats you need on Sunday and Monday
- Send logo, campaign images and the brand palette
- Book onPeak exhibitor rooms and the Southwest discount if flying
- Plan stock storage behind the wall for appointments
