Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to DatacenterDynamics)
- Material handling / drayage, if the DCD>Connect | Virginia space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for DCD>Connect | Virginia
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the show
- Once DCD announces 2027: Confirm dates, venue and your exhibit or sponsor package; send us the floor plan.
- About 10 weeks before the show: Design sign-off for a compact, freestanding display and any pavilion or hospitality graphics.
- 30 to 45 days before: Production in Fishkill, NY; pieces sized for resort corridors and packed in rolling cases.
- About 2 weeks before: Delivery booked with the venue's event team and DCD's contractor; power and internet ordered.
- Show days: Our project manager sets the booth in the venue's window and stays through the conference.
- Close of the show: Strike, pack and truck the booth to storage or to DCD>Connect New York.
