Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Edison Electric Institute
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor Orlando requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- Early 2027: Sponsorship agreed with EEI; send us the benefits list and any space or signage specifications EEI provides.
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before the conference: sponsor panels, suite graphics and any lounge pieces.
- April to May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; displays packed into labeled hard cases.
- Late May 2027: Venue delivery rules confirmed and cases shipped to Orlando for the receiving window.
- June 14–16, 2027: Installation before the opening, our project manager on call during the conference, strike at the close.

Checklist
- Agree your sponsorship and benefits with EEI's meetings team
- Send us any space, signage or branding specifications EEI provides
- Decide whether you need a hotel meeting suite for executive meetings
- Approve one message for an executive audience
- Book travel once EEI names the 2027 Orlando venue
- Plan to stay on for APPA's National Conference, June 18–23, if you sell to public power
