Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Gem & Lapidary Wholesalers)
- Material handling / drayage, if the G&LW Tucson Wholesale Gem Show space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for G&LW Tucson Wholesale Gem Show
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Now to November 2026: Apply to G&LW for Tucson 2027 and receive your pavilion and space numbers.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off on backwall, bin displays and price rails.
- December 2026: Production in our shop over 30 to 45 days; displays tested with your heaviest stock.
- Mid-January 2027: Freight to Tucson and to G&LW's loading areas; setup completed before opening.
- January 28–February 6, 2027: Show days, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., closing at 3 p.m. on February 6.
- February 6, 2027: Pack-out after 3 p.m.; displays to storage or on to your next show.

Checklist
- Confirm your pavilion and space numbers from G&LW
- List heavy stock that needs loading-area access
- Choose bin, strand and case counts for the sales floor
- Write the backwall line: what you sell and your minimums
- Plan two cashiers for the opening weekend
- Book staff rooms near the airport hotels early
- Decide whether the kit also goes to Orlando or Asheville
